1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing the Hyspiria website or connecting to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Community Standards & Conduct

Hyspiria is a community-driven environment. You agree not to:

Engage in harassment, hate speech, or excessive toxicity.
Use third-party software ("cheats") to gain unfair advantages.
Exploit bugs or glitches (please report them to staff).
Attempt to compromise the security of the server or other user accounts.

3. Virtual Goods & Purchases

Hyspiria may offer virtual items or ranks. These items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Attempting to chargeback may result in a permanent ban.

4. Limitation of Liability

Hyspiria is a fan project and is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of our services.

5. Affiliation

Hyspiria is an independent server and is not affiliated, endorsed, or supported by Hypixel Studios or Riot Games. "Hytale" is a trademark of Hypixel Studios.
